Finish Pose

A long day at work and then an hour in the training hall. 

We finished with a very dark walk - oh I long for longer days and more daylight.

This is what I see, when I look down after having performed Hero's routine. It is our finish pose as I see it. I just love to look down at Hero's happy smile.
