Softcell

Last night Softcell passed onto cat heaven. He was diagnosed with severe kidney disease back in November and were told the next few days were critical, so he's done well.

Softcell was a rescue cat from an unknown source but we believe he was around 18 years old. When he arrived his fur was extremely matted but he turned into a soft cuddly boy who never complained and he weighed in at a stone.

He will be remembered for spending my 50th birthday party in the middle of the sofa surrounded by many people.

Given our current circumstances I am not sad that he is gone just pleased to have given him a loving home for probably the last 10 years of his life.
