Poorly

Well what a rotten few days I've had! Woke up Thursday and felt dizzy and that continued all day! Luckily Oscar was so interested in what my builder was doing in my meditation room he was awake all day and only needed a short walk in the morning and afternoon! I only got up to give my builder cups of tea and cake!
Friday and Saturday I had terrible IBS pains. Luckily The Exile took me to the field and he played with Ginger as we watched! I managed to give Oscar a longer walk saturday and then rested on my kitchen sofa for the rest of the day! By the eve the pains settled - most peculiar but what a relief to be pain free for a few hours!
Today the sun was shining and my pains were less intense so a much longer walk. I spotted these wild primroses, daisies, snowdrops, narcissi and a virburnum in bloom! It really felt like spring with the birds singing beautifully and blue skies!
The Exile cooked me lunch - I asked for her onion gravy recipe only to be told it was the one thing she'd bought ready made from Tesco! I had made the same mistake with the builder on some woodwork I'd presumed he'd shaped! The room is coming along nicely - cupboard nearly built round the water tank, paint on the walls! The floorboards have to be sanded, the wall pointed and then painted,  a new beam put above the window with a beech windowsill he is making himself! Should hopefully all be done by the end of this week! I've also decided to have a wood burner in the kitchen! I'm getting so excited!
