Haringvliet ...

A cold day, the wind came from the east, with grey clouds almost all day. Except for some watery sunny moments. I tried to make a cityscape the moment the sun showed through the clouds in the afternoon.

The picture is made on the quay along the Haringvliet opposite the Witte Huis, the building on the right side in the picture with the name "Westermeijer 'on the central roof section.
