'Sweet Treat'...........!

Apple Pie and Jam Roly-Poly Biscuits for tea......!
What else was there to do today?? ....on what must qualify as the most miserable day this Winter yet...........?
Only bake something nice?????? These will go down nicely with lashings of Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice-Cream...(light...of course)!!!!!
That's later after some Pasta dishes for dinner....
Have just spent a couple of hours doing what I like best ...cooking...
which cheered me up no-end after a horribly depressing day.......!!!!!!!

Lashing sleety rain here with no snow yet...but plenty in other parts of the country and we may not escape here in Kildare over -night...!!!!
