2020 Monday — Pot of Good

When we are on the Central Coast, we almost always visit the soup booth at least once a week. Our local Farmers Markets are on Monday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons.

Our “soup lady” creates an immensely delicious vegan chili soup. She names it tempeh chili. There’s not even the slightest bit of meat in it, but it tastes very “meaty” and delicious.

We sprinkled fresh diced onions, sliced olives, and grated cheese to each of our bowls of chili.
