Bundaberg

Coming from Christchurch where we have lost so many of the beautiful buildings these always attract me when visiting other cities.  This iconic building is the Post Office in Bundaberg, looked lovely between the showers that later turning into a downpour.
Tour of the Bundaberg Rum distillery, no photos as they take everything with a battery off you.  Then on to the gardens but heavy rain stopped any thoughts of a wander through there.  Quick trip out to Moore Park beach but again heavy rain, took a while to soak into the dry ground so lots of flooding for a short time.  Disappointed not to see any turtles.
