Little low today…

My Day:
Hi Everyone,
Woke quite late today, my get up and go has got up and gone. Not sure why I feel a little low but feel confident normal service will be back soon.

On the Bike:
Back on the turbo today… bit wet and windy here in the South of England.
Pushed a bit in the last ten minutes… got the heart up to 171, Cadence 148… I know things are coming together when my cadence is higher than my heart rate. So, plenty more to do.
