There’s no food in the house, but that’s OK because I’m going to fast for a few days. I have plenty of tisanes to keep my taste buds tickled. And this rather wonderful glass thermos/tea pot.

Claire is off sick in Kinghorn. Some sort of vomiting bug struck her in the middle of the night. Nasty.

I work late and then watch the first two episodes of The Trial Of Christine Keeler.
