“ I was an extra in Outlander”

My friend Drew Yule from Thornhill worked as an extra in the international tv hit "Outlander" .


He very kindly agreed to tell me his story which I have used in my installation " Tell me a story" at the Macrobert arts centre.

He was cast as an 18th century American colonial gent and for the part he had to shave his beard off.
 
When it was shown on television his wife did not recognize him.
