woodland seasons 5

Not much has changed at first sight, but then... The tree-trunks have been removed. Only last week. And so has the bench on the right beside the litter bin that is still there. I wonder why.

I have been taking photographs of this spot during the last six weeks, but didn't post any, because I thought not much really had changed. I was waiting for leaves and grass to grow.
Last entry was from 31 January.
And before that 10 January.

I waited longer than I realized. It goes to show that even when I think I know what I am taking pictures of, I only see it on the screen at home afterward.
My holidays used to be like that.
