It is now 50 days since I've started learning Gaelic with Duolingo.  The approach is working for me, although I do combine it with the Learn Gaelic sight, Learn Gaelic in 12 weeks and other resources.  

I am enjoying and the sentence construction and pronouncation is gradually (with emphasis on gradually) falling into place. 

The Learn Gaelic word of the day yesterday was aonach which means steep so I now know to avoid any hills with aonach in their name :-)
