Gratitude Project Day 15.

We have 4 days of rain forecast from tomorrow. The most promising forecast in a long while...it’s hard though not to just completely discount it since I’ve almost forgotten what real rain looks like.

Today I am grateful for a great team of colleagues. We have worked hard to build an culture where open honest, respectful communication is a priority. We often disagree, but we are able to talk through our issues to find a compromise that is in the best interests of the children. This as well as the fact that we enjoy each other’s company (most days) and have a laugh everyday, makes for a most enjoyable work environment.
