Week 2
Actually 15 days, but bang on target so far.
Definitely feeling more benefit than impact though it is mentally getting harder to be bothered each day.
Ironically the days when the struggle is real, are also the days when the achievement feels more important. A lesson. Doing easy things teaches us nothing.
Anyway, have also seen some improvements in my running. Running quicker and feeling that it is easier to do. Interested to see where that ends up at the end of the month.
I am enjoying the experiment
