What price for a horse?

At Coolings Garden Centre in Knockholt there was a magnificent horse statue. I don't know what it is made of but the price tag was £4999.99. I wonder why they don't just charge £5k.

My dear friend June came over and took me to Coolings for lunch. The sun came out and the weather was quite pleasant. The lanes were full of mud and there were a few flooded areas.
