Hello Mr. Caulkins!

This friendly statue was sculpted and set up a few months ago in memory of a well-liked local man. Mr. C was a jeweler, a WWII veteran , and a town council member who had a shop on King Street for many years. The statue’s glasses have a jeweler’s monacle. Now he sits happily in perpetuity by his old store front. I think it’s a great tribute.

The sun came back today. A busy but good day. Getting ready to fly to Seattle in a couple days to visit my mother and sister.
