Room with a view

We have been feeding Bryan’s cats while they are on holidays. This is Number 5 sitting in the window. He is the most timid cat ever and hides when go in. He does come to me for a pat....sometimes. His name originated from when he was a kitten (5th born) he used to hide and they always said where is number 5? Name stuck. He is also ugly poor boy, his mother was a gorgeous rag doll cat. His play mate is Millie, a very glamorous friendly rag doll kitten.

GOOD NEWS. We have had some rain today. 17mm altogether. The garden is loving it. Not enough to stop the drought but the river is trickling ( ankle wetting level). The dam downstream is due to hit empty next month so hope we get heaps more. It services quite a few inland towns and cities as well as for water for agriculture and mining.
