Frozen overflow pipe about 20 feet up on the wall

I'm about 5ft 8 in my high heels, ladder is about 8 foot.

Should be fine to fix it ?



In other news: no heating, boiler not working, leaking water tank, roads to the house blocked by snow so "real men" can't get here, need to get to the "Toon" tomorrow, severe test for no drink January ..
