Cactus

Ingeborg's suggestion for Abstract Thursday this week was macro, which always suits me.
Here is the only cactus which hasn't been eaten, photographed from above.

We woke to a terrific thunderstorm at 4am this morning and got 25ml of beautiful rain. 
There has been a bit again this evening and more forecast to follow. 
I've put all the pot plants out on the lawn to make the most of it.
The water tank is full :-)
