This once busy  shopping street, opposite Chester Cathedral, is now devoid of shops and shoppers. Just needs some tumbleweed to complete the picture. If a lovely tourist town can't keep shops and businesses open, what hope is there for towns and cities without quaint old buildings, a river and a Cathedral?
