Riding is fun, Cleaning is not.

My Day:
Hi Everyone,

Off to Newport velodrome tomorrow and Manchester next week… both as a spectator, which is going to play havoc with this training everyday plan. I can train before Newport but will have to miss a day for Manchester. Maybe the rest will do me good.

On the Bike:
30 minutes on the turbos this morning.
