Hotel Flowers

We walked into Funchal this morning and the sky was very threatening - we had a few spots of rain and decided to go into the shopping centre.  Nothing came of the rain so we went for a coffee and then got a taxi back to the hotel.  Had lunch outside by the pool (which is empty and being repaired at the moment!!)  Another walk up to the lido and then back and read our books for a while  Hadn't taken a photo while I was out so decided the hotel flowers would fit the picture 
Very stormy in Funchal but not to bad at the lido.  One strange thing did happen while we were having lunch a low flying plane passed the hotel  never seen that before
