One Glass a Day!

It's a good idea to restrict the amount of alcohol consumed, so today I just kept to the one glass!

We were out for lunch while visiting friends further north. It was a very long lunch at a Thai restaurant which took up most of the afternoon. A cup of tea with our friends before the journey back to the villa.

Always good to catch up with Bob and Liz.
