more rain

Lovely walk with Nelly and Ziggy this morning but from lunchtime it’s been raining again. It’s also very windy so no outside pictures. I made a curtain to go across some shelves in one of the bedrooms this afternoon. This lovely brocade frays so much that I’m pleased to have found a use for it. I cut up what I had left into stripes and machined them together and I think it’ll look really nice when it’s up. Such gorgeous colours.
