Clearing the site

For many years this bungalow and caravan have stood derelict. The site had permission for 5 new houses but no one seemed interested given the recession. However plans are afoot for a Premier Inn to be built.

Nothing seemed to be happening...perhaps a bio survey was needed. However recently there has been some activity with the arrival of some large machinery.
