Spent3 hours and 20 minutes in total on the phone to BT today. I kept placing an order for landline and internet, went all through the lengthy order pricess and then the ‘system’ cancelled the order about 30 minutes after I’d findished. Everyone very polite and helpful, but kept telling me it was all sorted when it clearly wasn’t. I’m now waiting for a phone call late tomorrow afternoon to confirm all is well. My boiler at home started to leak but heating engineer can’t find out why. . Had a rather long and tedious governors meeting in the evening- back home at 9pm. Looking forward to the weekend!
