More pain

Ok first off ...Hands up I didn’t take this pic....rather it records my day. Just ordered this turbo trainer with Christmas money and large top up from me.

Very clever bit of kit. The turbo is controlled by electro magnets. So not only it very quiet ... but it links to on line training / races ... if you go up hill or sprint then it automatically increases resistance and interacts with your avatar on screen

Plan is this will sharpen my hill climbing and race speed
