The boiler engineer arrived just before midnight!!!!

The news isn't good. He compared it to a rusty old car that can only be fixed a number of times before it needs replacing. He had to order a part that won't be in until Saturday so still no heading or hot water. He recommended we started looking into quotes for a new one. Gulp.

Not great when you go Walkies with friends ( and Daughter Number 2 whose dog sitting Hugo) and forget your dogs coat!!! Poor Bella was freezing and had to wait for several pans of water to boil before I could wash her!!

I'm sitting indoors with my thermal walking trousers on and a hat while Bella is snuggled up under a blanket snoring her head off, smelling a bit soggy!!!
