Piccalilli stage one

Bit of a disaster, finished the jar of piccalilli and discovered there were no more in the cupboard.
Cauliflower chopped up, green beans and courgette likewise. Four tiny chillies deseeded and finely chopped, all now in the brine for 24 hours. Tomorrow the house will smell like a pickle factory!
