Late - or early?

For some reason I get worked up and annoyed when I see clocks in public places that are either stopped or showing completely the wrong time. Silly of me really.
So imagine when I noticed that two of the faces in the landmark "running man" clock outside Buchanan Bus Station were at different times. Grrr.
For the record I took the pic at 12.40 so the one on the left is correct.
And even though it got under my skin, it made a good blip.
