A Sad Wind Blowing

I took MrQ to Epping to the bank and shot the tower of the St. John the Baptist church from the carpark. What's the point of four weathervanes/windvanes?

I was very sad to see scaffolding around the former Geoffrey Drayton furniture shop. So upset to learn that he died last autumn and that the shop has closed. He was such a likeable and a bit eccentric character. We bought lighting, crockery and furniture from him in the seventies and still have and appreciate it. He and I both had Lancia Beta Spyders and loved dogs. His ate the seats of his Lancia.
