Coach House

The Coach House is going to be redeveloped in the coming weeks.  Very exciting times.

So I advised our Project Manager that the tree to the left had to come out.  The top third is as dead as a dodo, and it's dying back.

However, because it's a listed tree, (Oh, how I hate red tape),we have to jump through hoops to get rid of it.  Now I know, and the rangers know that when a conifer dies, it's not going to get better.  You've only got to look at the poor thing to know that it's dead.  But we have to get in an arborist, who will also pronounce it dead, then we have to get permission from the Mitcham Council to cut it down. 

Pain in the butt.
