Today is our wedding anniversary.  We drove out to the Upper Moutere Valley to Moutere Hills Vineyard for lunch.  I had a glass of Chardonnay which isn't a wine I have drunk much in recent years.  I think I may take it up again.  This was our view.  Lunch was a yummy platter.  I will be back along this road in the autumn.  There are places to park safely off the road and you can get close to the vines.  We did take our togs but after coffee and cake the thought of a swim was abandoned.
