Friday At the BAY with Fiona

As promised we went to the movies after school today.   Not a hard week... school 2 hours late 2 days and no school 1day. (Due to “snow”)    The Bay Theater is a funky renovated small theater.   We were early so got a cupcake at the shop next door and then, as also promised,, the biggest bag of popcorn.   Fiona is about to start orthodontics soon and popcorn just might not be the thing to eat.   Had to include “popcorn”, the pig. 
The movie?   Little Women...she’d never even heard of it, but was attentive the whole 2+ Hours and came out saying she’d just have to get the book next at school, she wants to be just like Jo, ( of course) with some Meg thrown in as her dream is to write, produce and act in her own plays and movies!  ( we’ll do our best to encourage those modest goals:-))
 We all enjoyed it a lot , including a younger fellow who sat nearby and said he loves this book, has seen and described every adaptation ever made, and applauded at the end!
Picked up fish and chips for dinner. 
A success all around!
