Kiwi Summer.... Loading up...

The light was subdued and in pastel shades early this morning. I walked my usual 7.kms up and down hills along the Sandy Bay Road. Lots of walkers, runners and cyclists were on the road.... and cars of course!
This Wilson’s water taxi has kayaks stacked between the bow and cabin. And folk with backpacks are boarding it. Cars with boat trailers are lined up on the roadside awaiting their turns on the boat ramp. Back in the Camp we have been busy with lots of visitors. This evening a crowd of us drove to the Park Cafe in Marahau for a meal.... great company, great food.
