Art Deco gorgeousness.

We made it into Napier and with impeccable timing today was a street fair and farmers market. A brilliant atmosphere and the town is simply gorgeous and really well maintained. To be fair an earthquake took the town out just in time for the rebuild to be in this iconic style so it was a bit drastic.
We bought goat cheese and bread for a picnic lunch before the rain set in.
After a drive round we ended up back at our BandB and headed back into town this evening for an excellent meal at a new bistro in the old Central Fire Station.
Really enjoyed my day.
