Getting Close

Clean up happening and final connections being made for the city inspections on Monday. If all goes well, we should be moving all our existing equipment over on Tuesday and opening by the end of the week. The place looks really great with beautiful marble counter tops and we now have our logo over the bar and despite numerous issues, including the AC leaking water all over the place and fuses blowing - it all seems to be heading in the right direction. It is exciting for our team which is fun to see - they can’t wait to come work here - I’m sure the novelty will wear off eventually but it’s great to see right now. Not much else to report as this has taken up most of the week!
