After a committee meeting in Winchester first thing, I still had a head/neck ache from last night so, when I got back, took myself off for some fresh air. I wandered around Petersfield Heath and lake, got rid of the headache, and got my step count up to 10,000.

Someone has put some bird feeders in a tree by one of the benches beside the lake which are proving very popular with the passerines - and this squirrel.
