It’s a bit cold

Arrived at the cottage around three and it was very cold. The hubby always gets the stove in the kitchen going as soon as we arrive and by the time I had unpacked the car, popped along to the store and walked the dog it was quite warm. The sitting room takes much longer to warm up and he got the fire going after dinner, but currently sat with a blanket over my knees.
Did around 175 miles in the new car and loved every minute, comfortable on the motorway and fun over the country roads.
