Morning Run

Beautiful sunshine and blue skies today but very cold. Managed to drag myself out of bed before 9 to start the Couch to 5K with my friend Janet. Tough but invigorating! Hopefully will be able to keep it up.
Later in the morning Mr P and I went ‘down the street’ for some shopping and met thechimp, thebear and mazgilchimp1990 for tea and scones in the Tontine. Relaxed with the paper and caught up with TV and Netflix for the rest of the day.
