Saturday: Dusk

Very frosty when we got up this morning, took MrD a while to thaw out his van’s windscreen.
I pottered around all day, feeding the birds, getting more washing dried.
Very chilly and calm all day, heating went on around 4pm & log burner lit soon after.
MrD is cutting our own tree branches down to size, they’ve been drying off since  last spring - silver birch has such a pleasant smell when it burns!
By bedtime temperature down to 0°C .... brrrrrrr ... stay warm everyone!!
