Party

Started the day off at weigh in - stayed the same, tad disappointed but not a gain (the main thing).

Then on to AJs flat - the dynamic trio (hubby, sister and me), to start clearing it - moving things to AJ in the care home, rubbish or charity or dispose of somehow. Each downsize involves less items to retain but that means more to dispose of! Had lunch in the bistro as a treat:)

This evening, we attended a lovely neighbours 6-0 birthday party - good music, great company and food to nibble too. :)

Yes, in the photo we are doing the rowing song ...... ;)
