Locked in

Pretending not to be sick (i.e. trying to do a million things at once instead of sleeping off this virus) is not working out very well. I feel terrible and seem to have developed a fever.

Despite all that, it was a busy day. Class was cancelled so I spent all day (and a very productive day it was) in the lab.

Then off I went to see some good friends, one of whom is in town from Montreal at the moment. We talked, ate Thai food and played a few rounds of Monopoly Deal. My new favourite card game.

If only I didn't have to work tomorrow and could sleep in.
