The snow is here!

It seems that this is the second time in January (2012 and now 2013) I have been leaving the house to travel to Heathrow and then onto Helsinki when the snow starts to fall in Uxbridge.

As for my onward journey; all I can say is that the people who operate Heathrow may need to think about their career choices. My flight due to depart at 11.20 finally left at 15.35 or so and the level of service all round was poor!
