Snail Trail

A lovely cold and crisp morning today, with lots of welcome sunshine.

Himself was up early to do a local 10k (the manbug from yesterday seemingly forgotton) so I wandered up to the allotmemt. It was too frozen (or soggy) to do much except clear a load of giant bramble from one of the common pathways but it was nice to be up there and to say hi to a few people. Its a big site with around 300 plots but everyone is still very friendly.

I was working on my 20m canter circles for most of my riding lesson, quite fun when the horse eating shed in one corner of the school was suddenly the Scariest Thing Ever.

The patterns in the ice in my mini pond look like snail trails.
