dol fodha na grèine

I missed the wonderful sunrise  (èirigh na grèine) this morning, which I wouldnt have minded if I had been asleep but I wasnt after an unusually restless night for me.However I did catch the final moments of tomights sunset (dol fodha na grèine). 

Today has been a quiet day at home - soup making (using the stock I made last night - am becoming quite the domestic goddness in my retirement :-) ) and spending some time on my family tree. 

T is playing tonight leaving the me free to escape into the twin worlds of Call the Midwife and Grey's Anatomy.
