This delicious Tart Runeberg was named after Frederika Runeberg, the wife of Finnish national poet, Johan Ludvig Runeberg. The anniversary of Runeberg is celebrated on 5th February. This tart is available around this date only.

Nowadays, the tart looks more like an industrial product but it is delicious anyway.
