Snowdrop time
After yesterdays excitement at the Whiitlesea Straw bear festival, and a morning spent finalising my accounts, it was lovely to spend some time this afternoon mooching around in a couple of village churchyards, just soaking up the winter sunshine and admiring the snowdrops and winter aconites. Signs of spring are all around - today I saw the first flowering sweet violets and lesser celandines. Let's hope we don't end up with snow in March though.
