Alba Proteins

On a few of these cold mornings recently I've noticed the steam arising from the Alba Proteins site just outside Penrith. I've never had time to stop and take photos.

Today the coldness was combined with sunshine so I set out to get the shot.

Later in the day we had an unusual event: TWO squirrels in the garden at the same time. One was probably our usual male but the other had a white tip to the tale and lacked ear tufts. Their times together on the bird table were too brief to capture! It was interesting that our usual male stayed put, continuing to eat, unperturbed by another squirrel dashing past him.
