I went kind of spiritual today. 

Dinner at the Mosque Kitchen (in Extra). It was delicious, as usual. £8 something, including the drink. In my younger days, I would have had a second portion. 

Being a creature of routine (I think I mean "old") this was a prelude to watching Junior playing ice hockey in Edinburgh. His team beat Nottingham comfortably, so it was an enjoyable evening. 

We all thought he had scored in the 2nd period, except the referee. No VAR at this level, sadly.
